Our History
On January 6, 1969 — during a snowstorm — Neil Huffman opened a Volkswagen dealership on Dixie Highway in Louisville, Kentucky with just 16 employees. That commitment to showing up, no matter what, became the foundation of everything we've built since.
Over the decades, we added Subaru (1975), expanded our body shop, opened a Nissan store, and grew to become one of Kentucky's largest family-owned dealer groups. Today, Dow Huffman, Kim Huffman, and Shane Huffman — the second and third generation — continue Neil's legacy with the same values he instilled from day one.
When Neil Huffman passed away in April 2007, the family made a promise to carry on his tradition of integrity, community service, and treating every customer like family. That promise drives us every single day.
